We have now completed Phase 1 of the swine (pandemic) flu vaccination programme and are starting Phase 2 when we are offering the vaccination to all children aged between 6 months and 5 years. We are writing to the parent or guardian of every child aged between 6 months and 5 years letting them know when we are holding vaccination clinics.

Sasha Barber our Health Visitor has just left to go on maternity leave. We are very lucky that Jo Darley, who some patients will know, will be covering Sasha's work while she is away. We will let you know when Sasha has her baby.
We want to hear our patient's views about our services. To find out about what patients think we undertake an annual patient survey which we have just completed - thank you to all the patients who filled a form in. The survey helps us understand what patients think of the service they receive from the practice and we hope to report back to patients once the results are analysed.
In addition to the patient survey we would like to encourage patients to feed back their thoughts and suggestions throughout the year. We are therefore working to develop and promote ways in which you can let us know your thoughts on what you value about our services and how we may improve them.
