The new community hospital in Dursley is now open to patients. The hospital address is Vale Community Hospital, Lister Road, Dursley, GL11 4BA and telephone number is 0345 659 8494. One of the facilities at the new hospital is the Minor Injury Unit, previoulsy based at Berkeley Hospital but now open at Dursley seven days a week from 8:00am - 8:00pm (telephone 0345 659 8436).
From 1st May 2011 you will no longer be able to order your repeat prescriptions by telephone. You will be able to order them either by post, dropping your counterfoil off at the Surgery, by fax, via the chemist repeat ordering scheme, pharmacy2U or via this website.
